As a mum 2B or new mum, embrace your journey into motherhood with my Pre and Post Natal fitness guidance. I will provide you with safe and effective exercises that empower you during and after your pregnancy. I'll work closely with you to create a personalised plan that fits your unique needs, helping you to maintain and regain strength and confidence as your body adapts and transforms. Let’s make this a positive and healthy experience together.

Navigating menopause can be challenging, but I'm here to help you conquer it. My Movement Through Menopause service is designed to empower you through tailored fitness routines that focus on building strength, bone density and flexibility during this transitional chapter 2B your strongest version yet. Together we will explore strength training, mobility and exercises to not only achieve your goals but to  promote overall health and support your body and its changing needs with confidence.

I'll guide you through a variety of mobility drills designed to unlock limited movement, release restrictions and free up form enabling you to breeze through life and promote longevity. Together we an enhance your mobility and stability to elevate not just your workouts but your entire lifestyle.

2B BOOTCAMP

My Bootcamp Fitness classes are all about creating an inclusive space where we sweat, laugh and grow stronger together whilst motivated by great music. You'll partake in fun, warm up games and  team games to tap into that competitive spirit  and then be challenged with a circuit based HIIT session. Come get fit in a fun and challenging way!

I began personal training sessions with Sharon after undergoing knee surgery for a ruptured quad muscle, and I can confidently say she was instrumental in my recovery journey. Sharon designed tailored strengthening exercises to complement my physiotherapy, while also challenging me to build upper body strength during my downtime. As a busy working mum of young children, for the past few years I have struggled to get back to my pre-pregnancy size and fitness levels. I started training with Sharon with the aim to regain my confidence in the gym and to build my strength and fitness. For the last 3 months I have been working on a tailored programme, created by Sharon incorporating both strength and resistance training with balanced nutrition. I had a goal to lose a stone, whilst building my strength and I honestly didn’t think it would happen. Yet here I am just 3 months down the line having lost over 8kgs (1.26 stone) at my target weight, feeling stronger, healthier, more energetic and happier. No crazy diets or starving myself, just consistent strength workouts, with balanced nutrition. 

 

Sharon is much more than a PT, she is a fitness and health guru. Her workouts are fun (often hilarious) and purposeful – she’s meticulous about form, ensuring you are always working the right muscles and providing the right balance of encouragement to keep hitting your targets. Her coaching is realistic, always pushing me to lift that little bit more or eat that little more protein – however my bespoke program allows me to manage a hectic yet very enjoyable life. 

 

Sharon’s personalised and friendly approach to training means I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking to achieve any type of fitness goal or even just fun training sessions!

She doesn’t just show up for sessions - she goes above and beyond, spending time outside of our training to research and explore new ways to support my progress. Every session, Sharon arrives fully prepared and equipped, bringing with her everything you could possibly need for a complete workout - weights, bench, ball, bands, and even new tools to help strengthen my feet and posture. Her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and creativity make every session both effective and enjoyable. One of the things I’m most grateful for is that Sharon comes directly to my house. It completely removes the barrier of “making it to the gym” and means I have no excuses! This has been a game-changer for my consistency and motivation. I have started working with Sharon in January and what I appreciate about her is the mix of professionalism, knowledge, and her amazing personality! I appreciate the fact that she always has a plan ready, but also takes into consideration how my body feels, and can make changes :). Even though I only have 1 session per week with her, I can see results! I am more toned, which is my goal. Sharon is a great PT and up there as one of the best I have trained with. She pushes you so that you really get the best work out. Her programmes are really innovative so you don't get bored. Sharon takes account of your injuries and abilities so you can really get the best out of the session. Her approach is very motivating so I want to turn up... for me...to be strong and fit for my day to day life be it carrying the shopping out of the car or moving furniture or carrying grandchildren. Can't recommend her enough!

I started PT sessions with Sharon with the aim of getting ski-fit, which I achieved thanks to her targeted and well-planned training sessions. However, despite the ski season being long since over, Sharon's positivity and energy have got me hooked into regular sessions. I'm not the greatest at exercise, but she knows how to push me to exactly the right level so I see the benefits without feeling defeated. She has an exceptional ability to motivate and I never feel judged or inadequate, even though I am still early on in my fitness journey. Sharon takes time to find out what I am looking to achieve, and meticulously plans sessions to address what is important to me. Not only does she physically push me, she mentally energises me with her 'can do' attitude and eternal encouragement. It was fortuitous that I found Sharon to guide me. I had feared a trainer would be patronising and not push me enough. Sharon makes training fun - I didn't think I was a typical gym-goer, but I'm delighted with how much more energetic I feel after a few months. Every session is different, Sharon creates personalised routines working on different things each time. As someone in their 50s, I knew I should be building strength to keep active as I get older.  But I didn't realise how great the mental health benefits would be, I have much more energy for work and family.
